Our coach
Our coach is Sam Clegg. Sam grew up in Lisburn and starting playing tennis at the age of 7 at Hilden Tennis Club, going on to compete in junior leagues and competitions throughout Ulster. Sam attended Queens University where he completed a degree in English.

Junior coaching
Junior coaching sessions run throughout the year. Our normal coaching sessions are on Saturdays. Classes are available for children of all ages and levels from beginner level up to classes for those who represent the club competitively in junior leagues and play tournaments throughout the year. To check which class would be best for your child please contact Sam.
Senior coaching
We run regular coaching sessions throughout the year. Adult group sessions currently usually run on Thursday evenings from 19.30 – 21.00 (weather permitting). All abilities are welcome. Sessions cost £7 each week. Sessions are a mix of drills, matchplay and games.
Please note that while coaching is on most weeks of the year, if you haven’t been before, it is worth checking with Sam if a session will be running.
